Com a assinatura do CUSD, \u00e9 estabelecida a tarifa a ser paga pelo uso do sistema de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 tecnicamente chamada de MUSD, que indica o montante de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o prevista.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1341\">Essa tarifa passa a ser cobrada imediatamente, mesmo que o sistema ainda n\u00e3o esteja totalmente operacional. Etapas essenciais, como a vistoria e o estudo de prote\u00e7\u00e3o das cabines, ainda precisam ser conclu\u00eddas antes da ativa\u00e7\u00e3o do ponto de conex\u00e3o e do in\u00edcio da gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia. \u201cEmbora exista um prazo padr\u00e3o para a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dessas etapas, as medidas emergenciais adotadas durante a pandemia do Covid-19 dificultam o cumprimento desses prazos\u201d, ressalta Meyer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1636\">A ANEEL tem discutido com diversos agentes do setor medidas tempor\u00e1rias durante o per\u00edodo de quarentena. A ABGD atua ativamente na defesa dos consumidores de GD, buscando alternativas e encaminhando \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia as demandas daqueles que enfrentam dificuldades para iniciar a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de
